Adrian avenue - house extension & renovation

The client here requested an extension that blended seamlessly with the existing. Planning permission was granted in 14 weeks and the layout simply re-organised around a spacious hall. An existing pitched roof extension is opened up to create a new open plan living arrangement.

The house was "warmed-up" with external insulation to sides, rear and dry-lining to front so as not to alter the attractive existing facade.
