LEINSTER STREET 2 - house extension & renovation
The brief here was to create a contemporary kitchen addition that sat well with the elegant original house and features. The simple design creates a large rooflight over the original dining room window. This successfully links the formal rooms to the new kitchen with minimal impact on light into the rear space.
The ground floor rooms can now all link together, or be closed off, as the client wishes.
