The client here wanted to improve her main living area and brighten up the north facing rear facade.

A sitting area extended out catches southerly light over the house at the sunniest time of the day, and the light coloured paved patio reflects sunlight back into the new addition of sitting, cooking and dining. Extra insulation and high spec glazing help keep the house warm.
